The Dangers of Winter Stagnation

Welcome back to the wonderful world of work after a holiday period filled with too much alcohol, too much food and for some of us: too many relatives.

While many holiday dinners will leave you feeling too sluggish to explain your day to day work to an elderly uncle it is important for us to not come back to work feeling just as slow and full of turkey.

With a rough estimate showing over 43,000 new companies were incorporated last December it should be very apparent that competition is always going to be around, and that if you can't deliver excellence to your customers, it's possible they will find someone who can.

So instead of returning to work this January still rubbing the sleep out of your eyes it might be better to turn your shower down a few degrees, take those three extra espresso and throw out that chair in favour of a treadmill desk.

Or if that sounds like too much work when the days are shorter and the weather is more miserable than ever, maybe it's time to see how your software solutions can be updated and refreshed to offer that boost in efficiency without all the caffeine.

If the new year doesn't bring a completely new you, maybe it can bring a new software solution, get in touch with Exem today and our software integration team will be happy to tell you about the options you may have available in the new year!
